Mulberryhill Cottage In Victorian times the cottage was the generator house for the main house, and to this day remains full of character and charm. Mulberry Hill is a detached cottage situated in a Victorian walled garden alongside the National Trust land at Cefn Bryn. The cottage has views out to sea. It is personally cared for by the owners who live in the main house. Access to the cottage is by steps from the terrace. The comfortable accommodation comprises; an open plan living room with kitchen area, furnished with a sofa, pine dining table and chairs, colour TV, occasional furniture and pine sideboard. The kitchen area is equipped with storage cupboards, electric cooker with hood, fridge and microwave.
Access to the double bedroom is from the sitting room and is furnished with chest of drawers, and wardrobe. The bathroom/wc has a three piece suite, electric shower over bath and airing cupboard.





The School House The School House is a second holiday home at Mulberry Hill, just a stone's throw away from our very popular Mulberry Hill cottage. Located in the same walled garden, this self-contained cottage is a converted Victorian school and is linked to the owners' own property. The School House has views out towards the famous Three Cliffs bay and from the rear the views are over Cefn Bryn, an ideal location for walkers. The open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area is comfortably furnished with two armchairs, occasional furniture, colour tv and dining table and chairs, the galley kitchen area is equipped with wall and floor units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Upstairs, via a narrow flight of stairs is the double bedroom/sitting room which is furnished with a wardrobe, wicker settee, occasional chair and colour tv. The bathroom is on the ground floor but accessed by a second flight of narrow stairs it is equipped with a bath, shower cubicle, wash handbasin and wc.
